Morogoro. The Participatory Ecological Land Use Management (PELUMTanzania) has started working on resolving  land disputes among land users in villages located in Morogoro District.

The four years’ project known as Citizens Engaging in Government Oversight (CEGO) funded by Usaid is  conducted in five villages in the district.

Speaking at a dialogue on “what to be done in order to reduce or eliminate land dispute among land users in rural areas” which involved various stakeholders, the PELUM Tanzania Country Coordinator, Mr Donati Alex Senzia said the project aims at to empower small scale farmers and pastoralists.
