Tanzanian MPs to pay their last respect to Bilago in Parliament

Dar es Salaam. Members of the Parliament will pay their last respects to the fallen Buyungu legislator Kasuku Bilago (Chadema) on Tuesday May 29 in Dodoma.

A statement issued by the Parliament’s Information department on Sunday, explains that the decision was reached after a consultation meeting between Bunge office, Chadema and family of the deceased.

“The deceased will be brought to the Parliament on Tuesday, so that the MPs can pay their last respects,” read part of the statement.

The event will be held in the parliament grounds before the late Bilago is airlifted to Kakonko district, Kigoma region for further burial proceedings scheduled for Wednesday May 30.
