Tanzania to cooperate in business with Russia

The agreement was signed in Dar es Salaam on Thursday by Dar es Salaam TCCIA regional chairman Mr Francis Lukwaro and Moscow Regional Council for development and Africa relations Mr Lubov Demidova.

Dar es Salaam. Tanzania Chambers of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (TCCIA) in Dar es Salaam has signed an agreement to cooperate in trade with their Moscow counterparts.

The agreement was signed in Dar es Salaam on Thursday by Dar es Salaam TCCIA regional chairman Mr Francis Lukwaro and Moscow Regional Council for development and Africa relations Mr Lubov Demidova.

Under the agreement traders from both countries will be enabled to access markets through information sharing.

“Since Moscow has advanced in technology Dar es Salaam stand a chance to benefit through the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding), which we have just signed,” said Ms Demidova.
