Kidata shifted from TRA to State House

Before his appointment, Mr Kidata was serving as Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) Commissioner General.
Dar es Salaam. President John Magufuli has appointed Mr Alphayo Kidata a new State House secretary. Statement signed by director of Presidential Communication, Mr Gerson Msigwa, said Mr Kidata’a takes over from Mr Peter Ilomo who has retired.
Before his appointment, Mr Kidata was serving as Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) Commissioner General.
According to Mr Msigwa, a new TRA Commissioner General will be appointed later.
Mr Kidata’s appointment starts immediately and he will be sworn in tomorrow.
