Tanzania and South Africa to sign an agreement on liberation heritage programme

The minister for Information, Culture and Sports, Dr Harrison Mwakyembe will today evening, Tuesday, September 19 sign an agreement for the implementation of the African Liberation Heritage Programme (ALHP) with his counterpart from South Africa.

For the past three days, some ministers, experts and other leaders from South Africa gathered here with their host counterparts to deliberate on how best the said crucial continental programme can be implemented.

According to a brief report circulated to the media houses today, the programme targets to set good environment to bequest African liberation heritage to the young generations within the continent.
