After a week of uncertainty, the coalition of opposition parties-Ukawa-launched campaigns at Jangwani grounds today, with its presidential candidate Edward Lowassa promising a free education from primary to university level.
The Ukawa candidate told a mammoth rally that education would be his topmost priority if elected in power during the October General Election.
He mentioned other priorities including modernization of agricultural sector, improving health services and infrastructure. He promised to revamp the Central Railway line and the ailing national carrier--- Air Tanzania Company Limited.
