			<description><![CDATA[Setting indicative prices at par of the auctions would be sucidal for buyers..what if the market drops which is a typical syndrome? The price levels of Uganda and Tanzania vary due to the quality of beans which is and always remains a guiding factor!Maybe the learned Minister is not aware of this?Forming cooperatives is not a solution for many co-ops are known to have lost vast amount of funds due to misuse only to be bailed out by the Govt.!]]></description>
