The problem in Rwanda is not Kagame. The problem comes from people who play around Rwandans' mind. Please, stop telling us the key pillar of Commonwealth if it does work in Rwanda(democrac y). -@ the some time,I believe the team will help wipe Umuhoza's tears by giving her chance to see her Kids.I don't know how but I know it can be done.

Its even wrong to call it election, it was even not necessary to send a team of observers, what are they observe ? which recommendations are they going to write ? saying that in future they should include opposition parties ? this is bullshit and its a shame for this C wealth. they should first of all condemn kagame's repression and impose him to let opposition particip in this so called election.

In March of this year, CHRI brought to to the notice of the Commonwealth Secretary General the growing number of concerns surrounding political freedoms in Rwanda. This followed a few months earlier the organisation's grave representations and others about the appropriateness of Rwanda’s readiness for membership, given its record on human rights and its questionable role in the conflict in the Congo. A friend I discussed the issue with explained that Rwanda's quite unconditional admission to the Commonwealth was the fault to the lobbying group which was against. And this new team to be chaired by Salim Ahmed Salim to observe Rwandan elections on August 9th reminds me of a recent lesson on imperialism I had. All acts and actors in the sham elections are so well arranged that the spectator is left speechless at the end of show. Who are they kidding making people think that democracy is a one day occurrence?

What on earth are they going to observe? There is nothing but a sham election in the works; there is nothing to observe; all the viable candidates have been excluded from the election and the Vice President of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda has even been beheaded, with a machete!!! This will be a sham observer mission to observe a sham election. All it can do is inspire extremes of cynicism about Western and, most of all, US and UK, motivation in the region. Here's my KPFA Radio News report about this election observer masquerade: http://goo.gl/GszZ. :o :-x
