			<description><![CDATA[I think it is past high time that zanzibar goernment took steps to rectify the power situation. Zanibar is blessed with lots of sun .Why has'nt any minister has not come up with idea of utilising solar and hydro power.Why make people suffer. Hey ministers wake up and do something about the power issue instead of depending on mainland to supply the power. Those were the good old days when one never heard of Power cuts.]]></description>
