 By Majuto OmaryTaifa Stars skipper Shadrack Nsajigwa has underlined the need for "co-operation and early preparation" to spur Tanzania’s quest for a place in the 2012 Africa Nations Cup finals. The ageless defender lauded team mates for flexing their muscles in Algeria to earn a 1-1 draw against the superior hosts. “It is about money, organisation, co-operation and early preparation, we have a strong squad that is capable of defying the odds. “We’re in a difficult group, but we managed to get our AFCON mission on the right foot, so the TFF should consider setting up the camp early to guarantee victories," Nsajigwa said. Tanzania are in Group D with Algeria, Morocco and Central Africa Republic. They will welcome Morocco early next month at the National Stadium. “We have to take the forthcoming qualifier at full throttle because they are the remaining strong side in the first round. According to him, after mustering a shock away draw, Morocco would be training hard for the coming encounter. Morocco were also held to a barren draw by minnows Central Africa Republic. “We’re happy with the results of the away match, but complacency is our biggest enemy because we’ve a rough road ahead,” he echoed his coach’s (Jan Poulsen) words. The Young Africans defender admitted that they committed many defensive errors, thus urging the technical bench to sort them out early. Another Taifa Stars’ ace player, Henry Joseph called upon his team mates to stay focused ahead of the Morocco encounter. The holding midfielder, who plies his trade at Kongsvinger FC of Norway, said they needed to step up gear after the Algeria clash. “Morocco no longer considers us as underdogs, they play a speedy game, so we’ve to train intensively to cope with them.
