The vibrant Paje neighbourhood in Zanzibar is about to be transformed once again, with the arrival of the Shivo Towers, a unique and innovative new development designed by the renowned Italian architectural firm Much More, an Italian Architectural firm, based in Dubai, London & Milan, led by their director Christian Bonu.

“The development embodies Italian contemporary design while taking inspiration from the natural world and the surrounding landscape of Zanzibar,” says the Zanzibar property developer Richard Ashby, founder & CEO of Shivo Tanzania.

The tower, which is currently under design was originally meant to be 100 metres tall, but will settle for two towers 49 metres tall featuring soaring 8-metre-high apartment level ceilings, giving every owner the feeling of living in their own vast airy penthouse.

“TCAA nearly halved the height of the tower apparently owing to the proximity to the proposed Paje airport and being directly in its proposed flight path, albeit 3.4 miles due north east,” he says.
