Man murdered in drinking spree, killer escapes

Chalinze. A resident of Chamakweza village in Chalinze District, Coast Region, Lemandra Kishakwi, 35, has been stabbed to death by his friend when they were drinking at a local bar.

The Coast Regional Police Commander (RPC), Mr Jonathan Shanna, said they were looking for a suspect who stabbed his friend on the neck, the left arm and the right hand, causing excessive bleeding.

According to the RPC, the suspect escaped after the incident and police are looking for him.
