Mr Melo, who is defended by advocates Jebra Kambore and Jeremia Mtobesya, was arraigned before three different Kisutu resident magistrates where he denied the charges and remanded after he failed to meet bail terms. He was required to secure two sureties for each case who would sign a total bond of Sh16 million.
