Pemba Street in Kariakoo Central Business District (CBD) turned into a movie scene on Sunday night when the police blocked it as they searched for a suspected drug dealer. As estimated 30 law enforcers finally found their way into an apartment and arrested a suspected drug dealer, who they accused of being in possession of 15 kilos of illicit drugs suspected to be heroine.
