Vanessa Mdee and Jux confirm In love & money tour

Dar es Salaam. After breaking the East African record with the Money Mondays for top album ever; Vanessa Mdee has decided to take it on the road with Jux who will be performing new songs from his upcoming debut album The Love album.

Vanessa Mdee and Jux are joining forces for their first ever tour together ‘In love & money’.

The tour is presented by Vanessa’s UDADA Talks and Jux’s African Boy in partnership with the Elimu Solutions Tanzania - a scholarship program available to Tanzanian youths.

They will be performing together for the first time. This aims to continue to connect with their fans with new content and give Tanzanians star performances & a lifetime experience.

The tour is expected to kick off on June 30th in Mwanza; Mtwara on 7th July; Dodoma on 14th July; Arusha on 21st July; with a grand finale  in Dar es Salaam on July 28.

Speaking at a press conference in Dar es Salaam today, Vanessa Mdee said “It is going to be the tour of its kind with great performances and surprises. The tour is also an opportunity for our fans to familiarize with our songs as well as the artistes”.

Jux on the other hand said he will perform new songs from his new album that haven’t been released to the public yet.

The official tour Manager Freddy Ngimba said  the tour seeks to showcase talent of the duo artists as well as create an atmosphere for music fans to enjoy great performances.

He added that there will be international and local surprise acts that will be announced a week prior to the show in each city. However the revealed opening and supporting performers are Mimi Mars and Brian Simba both signed to Mdee Music.
