Paint giants Kansai Plascon announces new leadership structure

Dar es Salaam. Kansai Plascon one of the leading paint producing company in Tanzania has announced a new leadership structure.
This, they say, is meant to support the company’s continued growth investment in customers, partners, staff and local communities.
In a statement released today, the company’s general manager, Mr Hussein Jamal assumed the role of managing director, responsible for building meaningful business strategy tied to growing the business company.
According to the company’s spokes person, the new structure is a natural step in the company’s growth, investments in core stores and continued relationships with our customers throughout the country.

The statement further adds: The passionate and dedicated staff and an incredible purpose-driven leadership team are committed to the long-term health of our organization, making the company remain as the most trusted paint brands in the industry.
The managing director on his part said the strong annual performance, new product innovations and ongoing market share position shows that Plascon, Tanzania is performing well in the construction industry.
“I can ensure that contribution of each employee will be maintained, and you will get the same enthusiasm and support in sustaining your livelihood through your many business ventures within the paint industry,” said Mr Hussein Jamal.
He added: We are going to reconfigure this business by catching up with the demand of time and navigate newer ways of doing business – in the hope that they will also change your businesses and lives.
