Standard Chartered Bank announces ‘Double Your Deposit’ campaign winners

Dar es Salaam. Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania today Thursday May 17 announced winners of the ‘Double Your Deposit’ Campaign with five winners being picked at the third raffle.
Speaking at the event, Mariam Sezinga, the bank’s corporate affairs manager in charge of branding and Marketing, said that the campaign has been running for six weeks and that it is geared towards rewarding clients by doubling their deposits.
She added that the campaign also incorporates additional monetary prizes to enable more clients benefit from the ongoing campaign.
Mr. Khahelo Joseph Sigalla of Mwanza emerged as the overall winner of the third raffle, seeing him double the amount that he has deposited at the Bank through the SC Mobile Tanzania App.
The other four winners in the various various categories included Evelyn Simon Mwakajinga, Amon A. Manyama, Jackson Kasigwa Walu and Mr. Albert Raphael Mapunda.
According to Mariam Sezinga in order for one to emerge winner clients were required to deposit a minimum of Sh100,000 for the period of the campaign which ends in May 2019.
“The Bank will double the lucky winner’s deposit up to a maximum of Sh1,000,000 of money deposited. More winners will also be drawn bringing to five the total numbers of winners at every raffle,” said Ms Sezinga.
