Since its inception Mollel Electrical Contractors Limited has been involved in all forms of Electrical and Electro – Mechanical Engineering, specialising primarily in Commercial and Industrial Installation of all Electrical, Electronic and Electro – mechanical gadgets.

We admit that there’s potential growth of the sector in the future however sector is crippled by limited number of projects. As a company, we have grown into significantly accounting to country’s GDP every year. We are class 1 contractor with enormous experience of the mega projects undertake across the country. List of the projects implemented by the company since 1981 are glaring examples, BOT projects in Mtwara and Mwanza, BOT twin towers, BOT Zanzibar, Mlimani City phase I, II and III, NSSF in Shinyanga, Maji House in Dodoma, Police Cottages in Kunduchi etc.

Ever since our consistent participation in the survey, various clients have praised us. The biggest lesson
We have learnt that hard work is rewarding. Mwanza Quality Wine Limited, a Top 100 first winner touched our deep-seated emotions and gave us one huge lesson that, “anything is possible if you work hard.” We shouldn’t be fooled by these trophies and instead putting much in work with clear focus.
Areas for improvements
The campaign organizers have much to make sure all participating mid-sized companies are groomed to excel. The campaign should be turned into a standard system that will see bunch of these companies prosper even after the campaign itself.
We need to see also, SMEs that have not qualified to feature as Top 100 (with turnover less than 1 to 20 billion TZS) to find the way through the campaign in their specified manner. This cluster of the Mid-sized companies will grow symmetrically as they often participate and one day will join the rest of Top 100 shortlist.
