South African soldiers arrested for sexual abuse in DR Congo

  • The SANDF members had been deployed in the eastern parts of the DR Congo as part of the UN peacekeeping mission known as Monusco. 
  • A team of UN mission staff, military police and conduct and discipline personnel visited the premises to investigate the reports received.
