56,000 title deeds to get 99 years of ownership

Dodoma. The Dodoma Municipal Director, Mr Godwin Kunambi, has said the municipal authorities will form a task force, in cooperation with the Commissioner for Lands, to ensure a total of 56,000 title deeds issued by the defunct Capital Development Authority (CDA) are changed to 99 years of ownership from 33 years, according to the law.
Kunambi made the statement on Tuesday in Dodoma when speaking to reporters on various steps taken so far by the municipal authorities after President Dr John Magufuli transferred the CDA duties to Dodoma Municipality.
