ACT-Wazalendo to hold International Conference

The Alliance for Change and Transparency (ACT-Wazalendo) plans to hold an International conference in Mwanza Region to discuss the country’s ongoing political and economic situations. The one-day conference, which is to take place on 26th August, 2017, will involve various local and foreign political leaders, economists, members of the party and citizens, according to the party’s Tanzania mainland deputy secretary general, Msafiri Mtemelwa.
"We plan to share discussions and experiences with other foreign experts on various issues," he said today when addressing a press conference. He explained that some of the foreign political parties expected to attend the conference include Die Linke (Germany), The Alternative (Denmark), PIC Senegal (Senegal), Cyriza (Greek), Labour (England) and Red Green Alliance (Denmark).
