Dar es Salaam. President John Magufuli on Wednesday, September 5, held talks with former National Assembly Speaker Pius Msekwa and his wife Anna Abdallah at Nansio State Lodge in Ukerewe, Mwanza.
According to a statement by presidential communications director Gerson Msigwa, the two former leaders hailed the government for implementing various development projects on the island.
Ms Abdallah, formerly cabinet minister, praised President Magufuli for his outstanding leadership and for trusting the women appointed in various leadership positions.
She challenged women to work hard and show integrity and confidence.
