Mbeya Urban MP, Joseph Mbilinyi alias Sugu was still under the police yesterday when this paper went to press.
The MP is being questioned allegedly for uttering statements considered to be of incitement, abusive and disrespect to government authorities regarding the Identity Cards given to small scale entrepreneurs.
