Rwandan President Paul Kagame and the first lady Jeannette Kagame put flowers on a grave at Gisozi Genocide Memorial, Kigali, Rwanda, on April 7. Rwanda commemorates for the 28th time the 1994 genocide, in which 800,000 people were slaughtered.The commemoration also known as "Kwibuka" (to remember) took place at the Gisozi Memorial where 300.000 victims are burried.
