The winners are Hija Hassan who is from Manyara region, Batista Rugemalira (Tanga), John Bundala (Shinyanga), Bakari Ally (Manyara), Juma Mhanga (Mbeya), James Tuseko (Sumbawanga), Sabatho Sebastaina (Mara) and Suleiman Suleiman (Mwanza).
