Police arrest ‘Prophet Tito’
Dodoma. Police have arrested a man known as Prophet Tito, or Nabii Tito in Kiswahili, who has been roaming the streets of Dodoma municipality, preaching while holding a bottle of beer.
Dodoma Regional Commissioner Gilles Muroto said on Tuesday, January 23, that he would issue a statement when the interrogation of the “prophet”, whose name has been identified as Onesmo Machibya, is completed.
