Buoyant Simba eye army team’s scalp

DAR ES SALAAM. Baptism of fire awaits struggling Ruvu Shooting when they take on high-flying Simba in the Mainland Premier League match at the National Stadium today.

Simba, who beat AS Vita Club of DR Congo to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Caf Champions League match at the same venue last Saturday, need a win so as to inch closer to the top of the top flight.

The match kicks off at 7pm, according to the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF). Simba are third with 51 points from 20 matches, while Ruvu Shooting sit 16th with 35 points from 30 games.
