Dar es Salaam. Tigo Tanzania yesterday opened its new call centre to offer customers world-class services.
The facility, located at Block No. 395 Ursino in Dar es Salaam, is supported by PCCI Group — a market leader in customer experience and operations outsourcing.

PCCI operates in 20 locations across the globe with 7,000 employees who will support Tigo’s facility in providing a unique, personalised and harmonised customer experience platform.
