Prior to joining MCL, Ms. Rosalynn was the CEO of Inspire Ventures Ltd, a consultancy she founded. She also held several senior leadership roles at Vodacom Tanzania PLC, including Corporate Affairs Director and CEO of the Vodacom Tanzania Foundation. Her earlier career included senior roles at Maersk Line, where she led national sales operations.
