Widows global fund picks Tanzanian as country head

Arusha. A non-profit organisation that is dedicated to empowering widows and female heads of households, has appointed a Tanzanian, Ms Mesha Singolyo, as its country director with effect from October 2023.
The Global Fund for Widows (GFW) empowers widows and female heads of households to overcome poverty through achieving financial stability, self-sufficiency and accountability across the developing world.
