Three coaches to attend FC Barca clinic in Lusaka

Dar es Salaam. The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has selected three coaches to participate in the Castle Lager FC Barcelona coaching clinic.

The local coaches selected for the clinic are Maalim Salehe Mohamed, Kessy Claud Mziray and Shaweji Ismail Nawanda, who are part of the coaching development programmes run by the country’s governing soccer body.

The coaching clinic which will run from November 9 until November 14 at the Olympic Youth Development Centre in Lusaka, Zambia.

Apart from the local coaches, the clinic will also involve other coaches from Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Reports from Lusaka indicate that coaches from one of the world’s most successful soccer teams – FC Barcelona’s FCBEscola, are in Zambia to impart their expertise to the coaches to help raise the quality of football in Africa.
