ACT’s Othman Masoud to challenge Hussein Mwinyi in Zanzibar’s presidential polls

He received the forms from ACT-Wazalendo’s Election Committee Secretary, Mhene Said Rashid, who also handed him a copy of the Zanzibar Constitution and party regulations to guide the application process. The deadline for returning the forms is April 17.
