Nyalandu intends to table private motion on return of debate on new constitution

Dar es Salaam. The Member of Parliament for Singida North  Mr Lazaro Nyalandu(CCM), says he is intending to present a private motion to the Bunge Speaker, Job Ndugai, on setting a condition for the revival of the debate on a new Constitution.

Mr Nyalandu, former minister for Natural Resources and Tourism in the fourth phase government, has expressed this through his social media accounts in Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, saying he will present the motion during the next Parliament sitting which starts in Dodoma on November 7.

“I’m intending to table a private motion in the next Bunge sitting to the Speaker of Parliament, Hon Job Ndugai, about setting a condition of the return of the debate on Tanzania’s new Constitution by taking note of a draft of a new constitution presented by the commission pf Judge Warioba,” reads a message which Mr Nyalandu posted in his social media accounts
