Dodoma. Ten former Ministry of Finance employees retired in the public interest 30 years ago have been given another opportunity to challenge the decision after the Court of Appeal overturned a High Court ruling that had rejected their application for review.
The decision, delivered on September 29, 2026, directs the former employees to file an application for review before the High Court within 30 days, reopening another chapter in a legal dispute dating back to 1996.
