Magufuli lists Sadc hurdles as he hands over chair

President John Magufuli hands over the symbol of the Southern African Development Community (Sadc) chairpersonship to the Mozambican ambassador to Tanzania, Ms Monica Clemente, who received it on behalf of the incoming chair, Mozambican President Felipe Nyusi, at the Chamwino State House in Dodoma yesterday.
