Ulanga lawmaker Godluck Mlinga (CCM) on Wednesday, May 22 wondered why sanitary pads were not distributed for free to girl students just as condoms were to fornicators.
He lamented that the prices of the key items were too high for most females, especially students, to afford thus affecting the latters’ academic performances.
