How did you become involved with the subject or theme of your book?

I started writing in 2014 and my first book was published in 2017.Since I started writing I came to realize that a lot of people faced a problem of finding balance in life. My books are about self-discovery to help people to be aware of their purpose and to know their values in life. The book “Siri 7 Za Kuwa Hai Leo” (7 Secrets of Being Alive), brought changes and helped a lot of people, until today it is still useful to a lot of people.

I also wrote another book titled “Usiishie Njiani” after seeing a lot of people running from opportunities because they gave up too early without trying. Therefore at the end they were not able to accomplish anything. So, the subject is to help people focus on one thing until they can achieve something great.

Why did you choose to write in your particular field or genre?

I choose to write about success because I like to see people succeed and also achieving their dreams without giving up. I like encouraging people and helping them enjoy life.

Where did your love of books writing come from?

I once read a book written by Robin Sharma,” Who Will Cry When You Die”, I started thinking about leaving a legacy through writing.

What were your goals and intentions in your books, and how well do you feel you achieved them?

My main goal is to make sure a million of youths’ lives have changed in a positive way. If I achieve these goals, I will be very happy and i will be motivated to write even more.

What do you think most characterizes your writing?

My writing is based on real life and real people, because most of the stories I have been sharing in my books come from the testimonies from people who were able to change their lives through my writing in different ways.

What’s the hardest part of writing your books?

The hardest part of writing my books was taking time to think a lot of ideas and to be able to tune my mind to be assured that the people reading them could gain something from the book, therefore it took me time to think in deep.

What do you enjoy most when writing?

I enjoy talking to new people and getting new experiences and ideas from them and learning something from them.

What is the biggest thing that people think they know about your subject/genre, that isn’t so?

When people read my books, they used to exaggerate the real me and think I am a very big person but in real life I am just a young man with a vision.

What is the most important thing that people don’t know about your subject/genre that they need to know?

Life can change completely if they believe in what they read and make a follow up. Another thing they need to know is that there is nothing good than faith.

Who are some of your favorite authors that you feel were influential in your work? What impact have they had on your writing?

There are Tanzanian Authors like Shemeji Melayeki, Joel Nanauka, and International Authors like Robin Sharma, Brian Tracy, and Bishop Td Jakes. They’ve had a positive impact on me and I have been overly motivated by them to become the best writer.

What do you think is the future of reading/writing?

Technologically the future of reading, writing is fundamentally changing. While the invention of industry scale printing transformed books into a mass product, interactive technology enables new types of engagement during writing and reading.

What makes your books stand out from the crowd?

The books that I write convey the best messages in a special way; this makes them unique and thus standout from the rest.

What is your role in the writing community?

To inspire people to know their purpose and be better than yesterday. I also try to encourage them to achieve their dreams.

What do you like to read in your free time?

I always read books that add value to me, like increasing my knowledge on different matters. I also read other books of personal development and sometimes I even listen to podcasts.
