Police in Singida have arrested the executive director for Itigi township council in Singida, Pius Luhende, and two game rangers over allegations of shooting to death a Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church faithful.
Mr Luhende reportedly went to the church on Saturday, February 2, 2019, with the intention of collecting revenue for the council when in the process of asking the faithful, identified by the name of Isaka Petro, to pay the money, a bullet was fired, killing him (the faithful) on the spot
