At last, the body of Frank Kapange (22) which had been boycotted at the Mbeya Referral Hospital’s mortuary for 267 days, was buried yesterday after authorities ordered the deceased’s family to do so within one week or else the government would undertake the task.
Frank Kapange died on June 4, but his body has since been kept at the Mbeya Referral Hospital mortuary because relatives and the police force are engaged in legal battles as the former claim that the deceased died after being assaulted by police.
