Oracle and Infobip strengthen global partnership to advance conversational customer experiences

Infobip’s Chief alliances officer Veselin Vuković

Dar es Salaam.  Oracle and global cloud communications provider Infobip have deepened their partnership with a new integration designed to deliver seamless, omnichannel customer engagement to businesses worldwide.

The collaboration was announced today with the unveiling of Infobip’s new Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration, aimed at simplifying how businesses connect with customers across popular messaging platforms like WhatsApp and RCS (Rich Communication Services).

The integration enables both Oracle and Infobip clients and partners to streamline communication processes without the complexity of traditional IT deployments.

The innovation is in response to growing demand for conversational experiences as customers increasingly expect businesses to engage them across multiple channels in real time. However, managing such communication ecosystems can be resource-intensive.

Infobip’s solution cuts that complexity, offering a low-code or no-code deployment model that reduces time-to-market for businesses of all sizes. The Omnichannel Messaging Adapter allows companies to manage customer messaging through Oracle systems and third-party platforms, providing a unified communication infrastructure.

In a further boost to customer service capabilities, Infobip has also launched a prebuilt use case—an Accelerator—for Oracle’s B2C Service (contact centre solution). This tool enables businesses to offer two-way customer support via SMS and WhatsApp, enhancing real-time communication while reducing the load on contact centre agents.

Oracle Integration, the cloud giant’s Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), offers secure, highly scalable application connectivity. The platform ensures that integrations between Infobip’s messaging infrastructure and other business applications are both flexible and reliable, regardless of where those applications are hosted.

“Our new collaboration with Infobip will help enterprises simplify connectivity and provide seamless integration between the Infobip messaging platform and any applications using Oracle Integration,” said Deepak Arora, Vice President of Product Management at Oracle. “This partnership is aligned with Oracle’s vision to drive AI-powered innovation by connecting data, apps, and services anywhere.”

Veselin Vuković, Infobip’s Chief Alliances Officer, added, “The Omnichannel Messaging Adapter empowers customers to easily tailor our solutions to meet their unique needs across industries—from retail to healthcare and financial services—all from a single platform.”
