Confirming the incident, Ikwiriri’s Divisional Officer, Mr Suleimani Mpangile named the deceased as Sijali Abdallah,14, Zuberi Juma Penya ,11, both residents of Umwe at Ikwiriri and Salehe Saidi ,31, a resident of Dar es Salaam.
According to Mr Mpangile, the one who cheated death is Musa Mkamba, who was taking the deceased to the other side across the swamp.
