Singida. CHAUMA party presidential candidate Hashim Rungwe has said that if elected president his government will build six mega industries and create employment opportunities in Singida Region
Rungwe made the pledge during his campaign speech in Singida.
He named the industries his office would work to build as the beef processing industry cattle skin and hide trading as well as dairy and seed trading.
"As residents of this region, you keep hundreds of herds of cattle. So, I will ensure that they get slaughtered in no other place but here in Singida. Here is also where the processed meat will be packed ready for exporting. And I am sure that that will mean that you will have added value for you cattle," Rungwe clarified.
