Dar es Salaam. Simba’s former tactician Patrick Aussems has been sacked by South Africa’s Black Leopards barely five weeks after the Belgian was appointed, the club has confirmed.

He becomes the second coach in the PSL to be shown the exit door.

Aussems had led Leopards in three games losing all the encounters; he is expected to be replaced by Baroka Swallows’ Dylan Kerr whose re-appointment is supposed to be agreed later today.

Aussems joined Black Leopards in October after a great stint with Simba SC in Tanzania where he won two league titles with the Msimbazi giants.

However, the Belgian coach's stay in Limpopo seems to have been cut short already with Leopards expected to announce his exit from the club before the end of this week.
According to a source close to Leopards, the club met with Aussems on Monday evening where his future was decided.

"The club met with the coach on Monday and the decision about his future at the club will be made on Tuesday," a source confirmed.
