Speaking in Parliament on Monday, June 04, 2018, the Speaker of Parliament, Mr Job Ndugai said JKT has officially written to the Parliament, asking MPs to repay their debts before June 23, 2018.

Mr Ndugai said he has the names of the MPs who have not honoured their repayment terms and asked them to repay as required.

"I was thinking of sending the names to our accounts department so that the money could be deducted from their payments but unfortunately, their salaries are already subjected to several deductions so much that there is little we can get from there," said Mr Ndugai.
